Valentines Day Wine Pairings at Vino Noceto
This was such a fun, four-course tasting menu to prepare and then pair with their award winning wines.
Included in the first course were our potato blt’s with goat cheese, bacon, tomato and micro lettuce, paired with a 2013 Noceto Sangiovese.
The third course was a beef flat iron steak with mint chimichurri, paired with a 2012 OGP Zinfandel and a caraway-infused cheese heart with fig tapenade and micro arugula, paired with a 2012 Lindsteadt Barbera.
Finally for dessert, a Mexican tiramisu of smoked jalapeño & mascarpone mousse, with smoked almonds, brut chocolate and a cinnamon corn chip.
