Niello Porsche Panamera Unveiling Party

On April 20th, our friends over at The Niello Group invited us to provide our culinary talents for yet another one of their amazing events. This time, we had the privilege to witness the unveiling of the new Porsche Panamera 4S. Beth Sogaard Catering provided various food stations, including a live demonstration with Chef Amy.


These Belong in Taco Heaven

Station Number One highlighted one of our newer menu items. Smoked Duck “Tacos” made of bao buns, cherry hoisin, kimchi slaw & Thai salsa.

Who doesn’t love ALL of Chef Beth’s Chips?

At station two, guests indulged in four different types of Chef Beth’s Famous Chips at a “Luxe Chip Bar.” The four types included the following flavors: Truffle Salt,  Smoked Ham, Brown Sugar BBQ, and Chipotle Chocolate. Guests filled paper cones with their flavor(s) of choice.

Have Your Sundae on a Thursday

At our third station, guests dined on Pulled Pork “Sundaes.” BBQ Pork served on a bed of mashers with ricotta cheese, finished with a balsamic drizzle and topped with a “cherry” (tomato).

Be Nice To Chef’s with Torches

Chef Amy was on-site at a live Fire & Ice Chef’s Station. Himachi and ahi were torched for guests to see and then served with sesame miso aioli and Japanese caviar. Once flamed, served on a bed of shisho leaves and smoking dry ice!

Close Your Eyes and Taste Dessert

At the end of the culinary adventures for the night, guests indulged their sweet tooth with Deconstructed PB & J’s. Delicious French macaroons filled with salted vanilla cream, powdered peanut butter and powdered strawberry.
