Have your (pulled pork) “Sundae” on Thursday
If you’ve been following the most recent event blog posts, you’ve seen pictures of a successful new dish: Pulled Pork “Sundaes.”
Take some BBQ pulled pork, add to potato mashers. Top with ricotta, a balsamic drizzle and a cherry tomato. Extra credit: serve in a martini glass. Voilà! A “sundae” for any ol’ day of the week. And the response has been incredibly positive.
