Kaitie & Matt’s Wedding at The Hideout at Kirkwood

 

Kaitie and Matt were such a sweet couple and so easy to work with. Donna, their wedding coordinator, was very hands on and super helpful. This wedding boasted one of our favorite menus so far this summer. Check it out:

 

Passed Appetizers

Tomato Bisque Shooters ~ our creamy tomato bisque in a mini cup with a wedge of grilled cheese
Macaroni & Cheese Fritters ~ decadent three cheese recipe rolled together in breadcrumbs and fried to a crispy texture on top of our special chipotle bbq sauce
Chicken n’ Waffle Kabob’s ~ waffle squares skewered with fried chicken and drizzled with warm syrup

Stationed Appetizers

Classic Antipasti Platter with imported meats and cheeses with marinated vegetables, olives and pickled tidbits
Beautiful Seasonal Fruit Display

Dinner

Zinfandel-Rosemary Beef Tritip ~ marinated overnight, grilled and served with a zinfandel jus
Garlic Herb Crusted Chicken Breast ~ with a touch of parmesan, finished with a marsala sauce
Baked Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi ~ with porcini tomato sauce
Vintner’s Garden Salad ~ organic baby greens with berries, red grapes, with gorgonzola and a blackberry-zinfandel vinaigrette on the side
