Did you know that Chef Beth Catering can incorporate your favorite game meat into your event menu? Recently one of our happy couples decided to showcase their love of hunting during their reception at the HideOut. Abby and Chad’s menu was complete with Bacon-Wrapped Moose Tenderloin and Elk Roulade. This little appetizer was a hit as well!
Simple, spectacular meatballs rolled with Gorgonzola cheese and pine nuts and served with marinara.
