Macaroni and Cheese every way
Melted and fried? Yes please!
We’ve had quite a few events lately that conclude with late-night bites. One of the most requested items is Macaroni & Cheese Fritters. We take our decadent three cheese recipe, roll balls of the cheesy pasta in breadcrumbs and fry them to a crisp. A common dipping sauce is our own house-made BBQ.
Although we don’t currently have the fritter recipe to share with you (stay tuned!), we thought we would share one of our most popular macaroni and cheese recipes. This flavorful dish has all the fabulous taste of the richer version without all the fat. A “lighter” version to enjoy without any of the guilt, which makes for a perfect dinner option on any of these cooler fall evenings.
