A Frosty Holiday Party
In December, we catered the Buehler & Buehler Structural Engineering holiday party for the second year in a row! This year the event was more elaborate and much bigger ~ we served 650 guests!
Beer was provided by Track 7 Brewery and we added a Nibbles Bar, complete with frosted pretzel mix, browned butter cocktail nuts, chili lime popcorn, truffled potato chips with “walk around” containers for scooping!
The theme was Winter Wonderland which we filled with a variety of small plates, featuring various flavors from around the world:
~ Truffled potato soup with mini grilled cheese sandwiches and garlic aioli
~ Southern-style crab and shrimp “Louie” salads
~ Brazilian Churasco beef flatiron steak and creamy Manchego rice with chimichurri sauce
~ BBQ pork bao buns with Napa cabbage slaw and sriracha plum sauce
At the end of the evening, guests found their treats at a fabulous dessert station, consisting a grand assortment of mini cakes, cookies and candies.
As we kick off 2018, we are already brainstorming for this annual event!
