What’s a Roulade?
This versatile meat dish is one of our most popular catering items. Most often, in our case, made with chicken, the filling ingredients are varied but always delicious. You can opt for simple ~ a little goat cheese, sun-dried tomato and pine nuts ~ or spectacular, stuffed with decadent crab meat.
