3/4 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 green onion, finely chopped
3/4 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp honey
1 dash hot sauce (or 2!)
1/8 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
3/4 tsp kosher salt (or to taste)
1/8 cup potato flour
1Place all ingredients except the potato flour in a food processor fitted with a metal blade and process until smooth.
2Add the potato flour and quickly process again until thickened but smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
The serving size on this dressing/dip is 2 tablespoons.
